Mr. and Mrs. Tom Duncan of St. Simons Island, Ga., announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Hailey Nicole Duncan, to Daniel Adam Jones, son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel F. Jones of Statesboro.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. Cleve Warnock and Mrs. Mary Warnock Freeman and Mr. Ray Freeman of Dublin and Mr. William Duncan and the late Mrs. Anna Duncan of Byron. Miss Duncan is a 2000 honor graduate of Frederica Academy of St. Simons and a 2004 graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in education. She was a member of Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity. She is currently employed as a teacher at Dames Ferry Elementary School in Gray, Ga.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. David S. Hautman of Albany and Mr. and Mrs. Willis R. Jones of Statesboro. Mr. Jones is a 2001 honor graduate of Statesboro High School. In 2005, he graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in biology. Mr. Jones was a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity. He is currently a third year medical student at Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon.
Hailey and Adam will marry Saturday, July 19, 2008, at 3 p.m. at St. William's Catholic Church on St. Simons.
A reception will follow the ceremony at the home of the bride's parents.
