Mr. & Mrs. Will Connor Sullivan V
    Lindi Lee Ellwood and Will Connor Sullivan V were united in marriage at six o’clock in the evening on Saturday, October 4, 2008. The double ring ceremony was performed by Dr. James Correll at the First United Methodist Church in Statesboro.
    The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Sandra A. Ellwood and the late Mr. Harry Eugene Ellwood of Statesboro. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Will Connor Sullivan IV of Americus, Ga.
    Music was provided by Dr. Pierce Dickens, organist; Dr. William Schmid, trumpet; and Ms. Patti Kelly, soloist.
    The bride, given in marriage by her mother and escorted by her uncle, Donald E. Suddeth, wore a princess cut satin gown. The bodice and tulip skirt, encrusted with Swarovski crystals and bugle beads placed in a very unique design, flowed into a chapel-length train and opened to reveal an inset panel of re-embroidered French lace containing bugle beads and crystals as well. The veil, a cathedral-length tulle illusion with an organza edge, flowed into a sweep train. In remembrance of her father, his monogrammed handkerchief was included in her hand-tied bridal bouquet of white hydrangeas and miniature calla lilies, vendella roses, lilies and sweet William.
    The bridesmaid’s dresses were floor-length, dropped waist, black matte taffeta with an ivory bodice and thin black satin sash at the natural waist, falling into an A-line skirt. The flower girls wore floor-length ivory dresses with a black sash at the waist. The bridesmaids carried hand-tied bouquets of white vendella roses, miniature calla lilies and sweet William The flower girls carried smaller bouquets of the same.
    Laine Lynch of Statesboro, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Sarah Lynch and Molly Manley, nieces of the bride; Michelle Stewart and Shawna Williams, all of Statesboro; and Roseann James of Matthews, Ga.
    Alana and Emma Miller of Annapolis, Md., cousins of the bride, were flower girls.
    The groom was attended by his father as best man. Tyler and Cayce Joyner, nephews of the groom, served as ring bearers.
    Groomsmen were Josh Athon of Ocala, Fla., Justin McCrary of Tifton, Stuart Mixon of Americus, Stephen Vasil of Locust Grove and Daniel Warren of Waycross. Ushers were Jim Manley of Macon and Patrick Manley of Savannah, brothers of the bride.
    Jeremy Wise of Hart read selected Scripture. Program attendants and greeters were Donna Saye, Emily Saye, Cynthia Sikes and Debbye Stapleton, all of Statesboro.
    Immediately following the ceremony, the bride’s mother hosted a garden reception and dance at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Donald E. Suddeth of Register.
    On the eve of the wedding, Mr. and Mrs. Will Connor Sullivan IV hosted a rehearsal dinner at the Forest Heights Country Club.
    The couple honeymooned in St. Lucia and now resides in Statesboro.
