Andrea Lauren Haltiner and John Drew Prosser were united in marriage at 6 p.m. Saturday, June 23, 2007, at The Church of the Good Shepherd in Augusta. The Very Reverend Robert D. Fain officiated.
Andrea is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gregory Richard Haltiner of Augusta. She is the granddaughter of Dr. and Mrs. Franklin Daniel Freda of Newport News, Va., and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Stephen Haltiner of Norfolk, Va. She is a 2000 graduate of Westside High School and a 2004 graduate of the University of Georgia with a bachelor of science in biology. Andrea is currently a fourth-year medical student at the Medical College of Georgia.
Drew is the son of Mr. and Mrs. David Harry Prosser of Statesboro. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. John Francis Godbee Sr. of Brooklet, Margaret Hagin Prosser of Statesboro and the late Harry Prosser. He is a 2000 graduate of Statesboro High School and a 2004 graduate of the University of Georgia with a bachelor of science in genetics. Currently, Drew is a fourth-year medical student at the Medical College of Georgia.
Given in marriage by her father, Andrea chose Emily Huckaby Arnold of Macon to serve as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Megan Claire Monsalvatge of San Francisco, Calif., Alexandra Reaney Clegg of Mandeville, La., Lauren Gayle Bentley of Charleston, S.C., and Dr. Margaret Helen Mann of Newnan, Ga.
Flower girl was Ellie Jeffery of Richmond, Va., cousin of the bride.
Drew chose his brother, Chad McDaniel Prosser of Statesboro, to serve as best man. Groomsmen were David Harry Prosser, father of the groom; David Kyle Haltiner of Augusta, brother of the bride; Jonathan Prichard Aseron and Stephen Smith Roach, both of Statesboro. Ring bearer was Jack Jeffrey of Richmond, Va., cousin of the bride.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Augusta Country Club in Augusta.
The couple honeymooned in Antigua and will be residing in Augusta.
