MACON — Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Hammonds announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica June, to William Wesley Olliff, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Olliff of Statesboro.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Brown of Baton Rouge, La., and Mrs. Jessie Hammonds and the late Mr. Norris Hammonds of Baton Rouge, La.
Jessica is a 2004 graduate of First Presbyterian Day School. She earned a Bachelor’s of Education from Georgia Southern University. Jessica is employed by the Chatham County Board of Education.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. George Harlow of Suwanee, Ga., and Mr. and Mrs. Foy Olliff of Statesboro. Wesley is a 2002 graduate of Statesboro High School. He earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University in 2007. Wesley is employed by the HSBC group, Beneficial in Savannah.
The couple plans to be married in a June 28th ceremony at First Presbyterian Church in Macon.
After a honeymoon to the Dominican Republic, they will make their home in Savannah.
