Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Durden of Statesboro announce the engagement of their daughter, Cristin Lee Durden of Statesboro, to Sheldon Wade Hice, son of Tonya Hice. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Crystal D. Hotchkiss and the late James R. Hotchkiss and the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry L. Durden Jr. Cristin graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in early childhood education. She is employed with the Bulloch County Board of Education and is a fourth grade teacher at Langston Chapel Elementary School.
