Minister Irene Jackson Lester of Statesboro and Waymon Lester of Portal announce the engagement of their daughter, Iresa Lester of Statesboro, to Damian Raeshawn Moore, son of Mrs. Lecia Moore-Hill and Mr. Douglas Gray of Statesboro.
    The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ulysee Jackson and Mr. and Mrs. Elisha Lester Sr. and is the great-granddaughter of Lucy and Roger Lester. Iresa received a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology from Georgia Southern University and a master's degree in healthcare management from South University. She attends church at the Whitesville Full Gospel Baptist Church.
    The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Cleveland White. He is a graduate of Statesboro High School.
    The couple plans to wed on May 17, 2015, at 3 p.m. at the Whitesville Full Gospel Baptist Church.
