Mr. and Mrs. Russell T. Mallard of Statesboro announce the engagement of their daughter, Kinsley Smith Mallard of Statesboro, to Daniel Vickers Baker, son of Mr. and Mrs. James O. Baker.
    The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Cecil and Sarah Mallard and the late Floyd and Selma Smith. Kinsley is a 2009 honor graduate of Bulloch Academy and is currently attending Georgia Southern University, where she will graduate in May 2012 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She is a member of Alpha Omicron Pi.
    The groom-elect is the grandson of the late James and Ann Baker and the late Sarah and Samuel Orr. Daniel is a 2004 graduate of Blessed Trinity Catholic High School in Roswell, Ga., and received a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Georgia Southern University in 2010.
    The couple has planned to wed on November 19, 2011, at 1 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Macon, Ga.
    All friends and relatives are invited to attend.
    The couple will make their home in Statesboro.
