A dozen men involved in a fight Friday at the scene of a music video filming face drug, gang and gun charges after members of the Statesboro-Bulloch County Crime Suppression Team responded to calls about the fight.

According to Bulloch County Sheriff Lynn Anderson, CST members responded to Little Lotts Creek Apartments on East Jones Avenue, where a large crowd was gathered for the video filming.

Reports came in about a "large disturbance" with "several males who were possibly armed," he said.

When CST officers and deputies arrived, several suspects fled in cars and on foot, but many were detained, Anderson said.

Statesboro Police Advanced Patrol Officer Kyle Briley and his K9 partner, Rio, assisted, and Rio "alerted on several vehicles," resulting in the seizure of a large amount of marijuana from four of the cars. Also, a loaded handgun with an obliterated identification mark was seized, he said.
