A drop-in farewell reception honoring outgoing Chairman Roy Tompson, Commissioner Jappy Stringer and former Commissioner Curt Deal of the Bulloch County Board of Commissioners was held Tuesday, Dec. 17, inside the Jones-Love Cultural Center at Luetta Moore Park.
