Jennifer Campbell Mock of the Mock Law Firm LLC in Statesboro was installed as the 70th president of the Young Lawyers Division (YLD) of the State Bar of Georgia on June 17 during the organization's annual meeting. She was sworn in by Justice Keith Blackwell of the Supreme Court of Georgia.
Mock, whose practice focuses on real estate law, business law and estate planning, is a graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2007.
She is a 2009 graduate of the State Bar of Georgia Young Lawyers Division Leadership Academy and previously served as a district representative on the YLD Executive Council and on the YLD Board of Directors, as secretary, treasurer and, for the past year, president-elect of the YLD.
She currently serves on the State Bar of Georgia Executive Committee and the Board of Trustees for the Institute for Continuing Legal Education in Georgia.
Mock received the Georgia YLD's Award of Achievement for Outstanding Service to the Bar in 2009 and was recognized among the Statesboro Herald's 20 Under 40 in Bulloch County for 2013 and Georgia Southern University Alumni's 40 under 40 in 2014.
She also was recognized among the Georgia Trend Legal Elite in 2013, 2014 and 2015.
