Bulloch County Commissioners approved a rezoning request Tuesday allowing a developer to plan a 115-lot subdivision in Clito. Jim Anderson spoke for Robbie Bell and his company Southern States Plantation LLP, in asking for a zoning change from "Ag 5" (agricultural, five acres) to R25 (residential, 25,000 feet to begin development on the Clito Road project. Bell hopes to build stick-built homes, with paved streets and a community water system on the 95 acres, Anderson said.
