Thomas R. Kinsella, 24, Bolling Cove, Lawrenceville — driving without a valid license, failure to maintain lane, failure to notify owner upon striking a fixed object, DUI.

Statesboro Police Incidents
PARKERS ENZONE — Police responding to a report of a man in a green Dodge Dakota almost hitting the building observed the driver leave the parking lot and drive onto a sidewalk. The driver returned to the roadway and then st ruck a curbing near an apartment complex entrance. Ignoring blue lights from two police cars, the driver then turned into another apartment complex, driving onto the grass, spinning wheels and striking a post. He was arrested for DUI and other traffic charges.
MADISON MEADOWS — A woman told police another female harasses her by phone, calling her vulgar names and making threats. A man living in the same apartment complex also called police, reporting the same offender, who is his former wife, called him 10 times, harassing him as well.
RACKLEY STREET — A woman said her husband pulled her from a chair by her shirt, ripping the shirt, during a domestic disturbance.
WEST INMAN STREET — A resident reported someone ripped a screen.
WAL-MART — A woman called police after finding a man passed out in a work van. The man was taken by EMS to the hospital for treatment.
CAMPUS COURTYARD APARTMENTS — Police responded to a domestic dispute between a couple who said the argument was only verbal.

BEN GRADY COLLINS ROAD — (Portal) A man said someone removed a window to his residence and took $239 from his wallet during the night.
NESMITH PROCTOR ROAD — (Pembroke) A man said his son admitted taking checks from him and forging them, including two Social Security checks. The son also has not returned a truck he let him borrow to drive to work.
BUIE DRIGGERS ROAD — (Brooklet) A man told deputies another male returned home after staying out all night, damaged two doors and went to lay down. Deputies arrested the offender for criminal trespass.
G. W. OLIVER ROAD — (Statesboro) A man said another male threatened him during an altercation.
OLD RIVER ROAD SOUTH — (Ellabell) A man and woman were each arrested after arguing during an attempt to drive from a friends's house.
STEPHEN LITTLE ROAD — (Register) A man reported someone with small footprints, possibly a juvenile, knocked down his mail box.
U.S. 80 WEST — (Statesboro) A woman said her parents, who have custody of her children, refused to allow her visitation because she did not prove she passed a drug test. The complainant's father told deputies that was a court requirement before the woman could leave with the children. The woman also said her father struck her and pushed her, but had no visible injuries. The man denied doing so.
CHOCTAW HUNT — (Statesboro) A man reported the theft of two pup tents from his front porch.
OLD STAGECOACH ROAD — (Nevils) A woman said her husband came home drunk. When she commented on his condition, a verbal dispute ensued, and he threw the phone out of the window, breaking the glass.
PINEMOUNT BOULEVARD — (Statesboro) A woman reported the theft of a red Next mountain bike and green Next mountain bike from her patio. She told deputies two juvenile males took the bicycles.
CLITO ROAD — (Clito) A man told deputies he and his wife are divorcing, and a recent credit check revealed she opened three credit card accounts in his name without permission.
GA. 119 — (Brooklet) A man reported the theft of two sets of channel locks from his carport.
HARVILLE ROAD — (Statesboro) Someone laying drags on T. E. Rushing Peanut Company property caused a piece of gravel to break a window, setting off an alarm.
ROBBINS ROAD — (Statesboro) A man said he suspected his former girlfriend of taking all the major appliances from his home, as well as a weed eater, lawn mower, air compressor and other tools. He said he had moved from the residence in May and had an agreement with her to move back in after she vacated the premises July 31. He reported the kitchen cabinets were also damaged, as well as the carpet in the home.

Troopers issued six warnings, made one emergency relay of blood or medical supplies, and investigated a crash with no reported injuries Wednesday.

Officers issued three traffic warnings and assisted three motorists and one sick person Wednesday.
