Statesboro Police Incidents
NEIGHBOR'S EXXON — A man was creating a disturbance, trying to get other people to purchase items for him. When police arrived, they discovered he had an active probation violation warrant and placed him under arrest.
GARDEN DISTRICT APARTMENTS — Police arrived to investigate a disturbance and met with two juvenile females, one a victim of battery, both intoxicated. Further investigation led to arrests.
BUBBA GOLF — A man reported an automobile break-in where someone took a battery charger and drill bit after shattering a window.
WOODLANDS APARTMENTS — A woman reported someone stole a wreath off her door.
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents
ALLENWOOD DRIVE — (Statesboro) A woman said her husband had been verbally abusive and she was concerned due to his past mental health issues.
PEAR ORCHARD LANE — (Statesboro) A man said someone destroyed his mail box.
BROOKLET-DENMARK ROAD — (Brooklet) A woman told deputies someone pulled into her driveway, circled and shined a flashlight into the windows. She suspected her estranged husband, she said.
CANDY LANE — (Statesboro) A woman said her ex-boyfriend took her dog because she refused to give him a computer tower he said was his.
U.S. 301 NORTH —(Clito) A woman said a man jumped on her son and caused a cut to the head. Deputies heard various stories about what happened, and arrested all parties involved.
STARLING ROAD — (Pembroke) A man reported having a wreck, leaving the scene of the accident and going to a relative's house. A deputy told him he would file a report of the damage to the car, which had been rolled, but that state patrol troopers would not work it as an accident because he had left the scene.
GEORGE DRIVE — (Brooklet) A man said someone put deer guts at his front door and dug up the road spinning tires. He gave deputies a description of the vehicle.
U. S. 301 SOUTH — (Statesboro) A man told deputies someone stole an X-Box and TV. Deputies investigating questioned a suspect and noted several shoe prints, then turned the case over to investigators.
MISTY LANE — (Statesboro) A woman said another female constantly calls and harasses her.
CULP LANE — (Brooklet) A man reported the theft of a Japanese fan and a silk kimono, listing movers as suspects since the items were noted to be missing right after a worker went home sick.
