Statesboro Police Incidents
EAGLE INN — A woman said a man knocked on her door asking to use the restroom, but she denied him entrance. Then he and another man pushed the door in, pushed her, took $85 from her and cut her on the leg with some sort of cutting tool.
STADIUM WALK APARTMENTS — A computer and accessories were reported stolen in a burglary.
EAGLE VILLAS — A man said someone broke in and took a half gallon of vodka, a Play Station 3, controllers, head set and cologne.
MORRIS HEIGHTS APARTMENTS — A man and woman were arrested after police responded to a domestic dispute call.
THE EXCHANGE APARTMENTS — A woman said someone threw a rock on her wind shield, shattering it.
HAWTHORNE APARTMENTS — A man reported the theft of two X box games.
SOUTH COLLEGE STREET Someone broke in and took several food items from a refrigerator, freezer and cabinets.
CAMPUS CLUB APARTMENTS — A woman said three men with a knife robbed her of $124.
RUM RUNNERS — A man said he was in the bathroom and a man began hitting him because he left the bathroom door open. Then two other me joined the affray, causing eye injuries and a cut to the knee that sent the victim to the hospital.
In a separate incident a witness saw a man being escorted out of the bar, and then saw him kick a car, denting it.
In a third incident two women filed a police reports because they were denied access to the bar due to dress code violations.
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents
PLANTATION MOBILE HOME PARK — (Statesboro) A woman said she and a man had an altercation resulting in his arrest for battery. Sherff's reports did not include details of the incident.
WEST SIDE MOBILE HOME PARK — (Statesboro) A man threatening to kill himself was arrested on charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
COWBOY WAY — (Portal ) A man said he and another man fought, but the other man told deputies a different story.
Georgia State Patrol Incidents
Troopers assisted two motorists and investigated five crashes with four reported injuries Monday.
Georgia Southern University Incidents
Officers issued 11 traffic warnings, assisted two motorists, assisted one sick person and responded to one alarm Monday.
SOUTHERN PINES — Someone reported a seat was taken from a bike.
SOUTHERN COURTYARD — A student said two men approached him and his roommate asking for directions. Then, the suspects asked for their wallets. They took the money and gave the wallets back to the victims. No injuries were reported during this incident.
UNIVERSITY VILLAS — A student reported a case of sexual battery.
