Jerry Jerico Lively, 34, Deluxe Inn, Glennville — violation of probation (forgery).
Eara Thomas Merritt, 22, Burkhalter Road — possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Henry Michael Parish, 67, Bluebonnet Drive, Twin City — driving under the influence (.257 blood alcohol level).
Travis Jason Clark, 34, Gus Denmark Road — driving under the influence; refused to take test.

Alton Lyndell Johnson, 20, Mission Ridge Lane, Atlanta — criminal trespass.
Statesboro Police Incidents
PARK PLACE APTS — A woman and her boyfriend were having an argument when she decided to walk home. At that point, the boyfriend grabbed her and, when she would not get in the car, he pushed her to the ground. She elected not to press charges.
JACKSONS CLUB — A man reported his license plate missing from his car.
POLICE DEPARTMENT — A man said nephew gave his personal information to an officer when the nephew was being issued a citation. A warrant has been issued for the nephew.
KALI'S FOOD MART — An unknown person broke the glass in the front door and left with two four-packs of Busch beer.
EAST GRADY — A blown transformer caught fire at the intersection. The fire department and Georgia Power were both notified.
EAST MAIN — A woman said two other women showed up at her house and started yelling obscentites at her. When she went inside, the women began circling the house, but were gone by the time police arrived.
JACKSON LANE — When an officer attempted a traffic stop, the vehicle did not stop. The vehicle was later found in a ditch at the corner of Cromartie Drive and Bruce Drive.
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents
HIGHWAY 80 EAST — Officer observed a man passing in a no passing zone. When he was pulled over, the officer found that he was driving on a suspended license and arrested the man.
CHANCES MHP — A woman complained that she was receiving harassing text messages regarding $15 she owes to another person.
DANIEL W JOHNS ROAD — A woman stated that she and her boyfriend were having a verbal dispute and she wanted him to leave premises. Boyfriend agreed to leave and victim was referred to safe haven.
SHUMAN ROAD — A woman said her step-son began cussing and screaming at her because he could not have his way all the time. As she was talking to the deputy, she noticed her driver's side truck window had been busted out. She did not know if step-son was involved.
KENNEDY BRIDGE ROAD — (Register) A man said there were three individuals trespassing on his property. The offenders said they were hired to demolish the abandoned mobile homes on the property. Since the man said he had not given permission, the three offenders were arrested.
HIGHWAY 301 SOUTH — (Register) A woman said her ex-employee became belligerent when she was asked to sign a note saying she had received her paycheck "in-person." The former employee and her friend were issued criminal trespassing citations and escorted off the property.
HIGHWAY 301 NORTH — A man reported that someone had broken the passenger side window of his truck. Nothing was reported missing.
ARTHUR NUBURN — A man was in his front yard when he heard a shot and a possible bullet wizz by him. He then went to his neighbor, whom he found sitting on the porch with a .22 rifle in his hand. Deputy spoke to the neighbor and his parents about the reckless conduct law and the danger of shooting near residences. No charges were filed, per complainant request.
MILL CREEK ESTATES — A man said his wife pulled his hair and struck him in the face before leaving to go to work at a local breakfast restaurant. He said he sure to be gone when she returned.
PROSSER ROAD — (Brooklet) The deputy was notified to be on the look out for a possible drunk driver in a red escort. Upon spotting the vehicle, the driver pulled over and stepped out of the car. As the deputy made contact, the man stated that he knew the cops were after him. He also said he had been drinking and probably should not have been driving, but he had been kicked out of his house and he was just looking for a field to sleep in for the night. The man was arrested.
HIGHWAY 67 — A man was arrested at a traffic stop because he had no license on his vehicle, no proof of insurance and had no driver's license.
HIGHWAY 80 EAST — A woman slammed on her brakes, for no apparent reason, as she passed a patrol car. The deputy ran the vehicle's tag which came back with no valid insurance. She then pulled into a convenience store and went inside. When she came out, the deputy told her about the insurance and asked to see her license, which came up suspended. She was placed under arrest.
MILL CREEK ROAD — A man said that someone had pried and pushed open the window on the rear entry door of his residence.

Troopers issued 15 citations and nine warning, assisted five motorists, investigated five crashed and helped two injured persons.
