Melvin Eugene Armond Jr., 36, Pretoria Rushing Road — obstruction of an officer, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, speeding (90 in a 45), striking a fixed object, improper u-turn, failure to signal while turning, open container, driving while license suspended, failure to maintain lane, littering, reckless driving, tire requirements, driving under the influence and failure to maintain lane.
Todd Laurie Fitzwater, 37, Dublin Road (Pooler) — harassing phone calls.
Phillip Alexander Henry, 27, Hunnicit Drive — public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, parole violation.
Gregory Elliott Hendrix, 35, Bonnett Road (Portal) — possession of marijuana (less than one ounce), possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
Gillian Catherine Cairney, 25, Cordillo Parkway (Hilton Head) — driving under the influence (refused), driving while license suspended or revoked.
Kristie Anna Mincey, 25, Teal Circle — suspended registration, no insurance, lack of child restraints.
Donovan Warren Newsome, 18, Windy Will Road — possession of alcohol by underage persons, criminal trespass.
Toray Chevet Cone, 30, Goodman Street (Brooklet) — probation violation (possession of marijuana), bench warrant for driving while license suspended, giving a false identity to law enforcement officers.
Pamela Dionne Rock, 30, Pamela Way — possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.
Christopher Burnette, 21, Grady Street (Portal) — entering an auto.
Alan Michael Kitchens, 20, Cowboy Way (Portal) — entering an auto.

Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents
CRANE LANE — A woman said her juvenile son acted in a threatening and unruly manner toward her.
A.J. RIGGS ROAD — A man reported some stolen checks and forgery on his business account.
LANGSTON CHAPEL — Deputies responded to a report of multiple unruly juveniles at Langston Chapel Middle School.
US-301 SOUTH — A man was arrested after making a u-turn in his big rig and his rear tail light was out. He was then found to be in possession of of a drug related object.
BETHEL CHURCH ROAD — After an anonymous call to 911, deputies responded to a domestic disturbance. One man was arrested for public intoxication and anther was arrested for an active probation warrant.
Georgia State Patrol Incidents
Troopers issued 23 citations and 11 warnings, made one drug arrest, investigated one crash and assisted one injured person.
