A drop-in farewell reception honoring outgoing Chairman Roy Tompson, Commissioner Jappy Stringer and former Commissioner Curt Deal of the Bulloch County Board of Commissioners will be held 10:30 a.m. until noon Tuesday, Dec. 17, in the Jones-Love Cultural Center at Luetta Moore Park, 121 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.
