Employers and potential employees could benefit from a job fair/career expo held Tuesday at Georgia Southern University's Nessmith-Lane Continuing Education Building.
From 1-5 p.m, more than 100 companies will be on hand to accept applications and offer information on positions available. Sponsored by the Georgia Department of Labor, GSU, the Statesboro-Bulloch Chamber of Commerce and the Development Authority of Bulloch County, the 2008 Southeast Georgia Regional Job Fair and Career Expo will include representatives from convenience stores, county education, schools and colleges, restaurants and fast food; retail, medical, child care, employment agencies, banks, and more.
