The Bulloch County Bar Association honored one of its own on Thursday at the old Bulloch County Courthouse Courtroom. Judge Joe Neville, celebrating his 90th birthday, was recognized for his many years of service as many dignitaries, family members and friends gathered to honor his career. Judge Neville has been in service to Bulloch County for over 60 years, beginning with an appointment to the Superior Court bench in 1984, and later assuming senior status in 1997.
