Editor: As an American citizen and Georgia voter living abroad, I have experience of the British National Health Service and I know full well what a fine system it is. I also know that, as things stand, I could never afford to return to America because of my health care needs. What I want - for myself and those I love - is a fair, affordable health care system, with public option (or, better yet, a single payer system!) so that we can keep the corporations honest and serving us, rather than their pockets.
