Every year, the Muscular Distrophy Association sponsors the MDA Lock-Up to help raise money for "Jerry's Kids."

The money raised goes towards sending children to the MDA Summer Camp, buying wheelchairs, funding research and a host of other activities. Participants have warrants issued for their arrest and then have to raise bail - donations - before their court date.

Lots of Bulloch residents were taken from their offices and hauled off to jail Wednesday at the Statesboro Inn.
