A man was arrested for reportedly flagging down traffic on Fair Road last week after police said they found him with drugs and a handgun. Statesboro-Bulloch Crime Suppression Team members assisted Statesboro police in locating the man, reported as suspicious. Andrew Hughes, 28, of Highway 121 in Millen, "provided conflicting stories as to why he was in the area attempting to flag down traffic," according to reports.
