A man was shot in the hand Sunday during an alleged armed robbery off Robin Hood Trail. The 22-year-old victim told police he was the victim of an armed robbery, but nothing was taken, said Statesboro police Cpl. Justin Samples. The reported robbery occurred in a wooded area behind Seasons Apartments just before 6 a.m., he said.
