CLAXTON - At the annual back-to-school faculty breakfast, Evans County Superintendant Joy Collins named this year's County Teacher of the Year. Mari Moss is in her fifth year at Claxton Middle School, where she teaches 7th and 8th grade English Language Arts. "She does things phenomenally," said Dr. Diane Holland, school principal, just before presenting Moss with a framed certificate.
