As usual, Kathy Bradley’s column in last Saturday’s (July 2) Herald was “spot on” in many ways. First was her message of appreciation for “Doc” Patrick Spurgeon for his words of support and encouragement to her as a writer. It is good to read so many accolades for this scholar, teacher, coach and positive molder of young minds in so many places.
