A woman was killed Sunday when her boyfriend shot her, then raped her teenage daughter, said Bulloch County Sheriff Lynn Anderson. Frank Hayes Walters IV, 25, Bascom Road, Sylvania, shot and killed Deidra Thompson, 34, Swallowtail Drive, after an argument. Then, Walters sexually assaulted her 15-year-old daughter before kidnapping her and taking her to another county, he said.
