    Jennifer Ann Lee, 30, Church Street — tag light requirements, driving while license suspended or revoked (second offense). 
    Calton Jerome Warren, 25, Stacy Lane, Newington — criminal trespass. 
    Larry Marquaris Fleming, 26, Pine Street — discharge of firearms – local ordinance.
    Rahkym Thomas-McCray, 17, Whispering Pines Boulevard — theft by shoplifting.
    Jeffry Louis Bode, 45, Commercial Boulevard, Claxton — driving with suspended or revoked license, expired tag.
    Jerika K Budgett, 19, East Parrish Street — driving with suspended or revoked license, no brake lights or working turn signal.
    Albert Gustavus Weaver, 33, Daphne Lane — probation violation.
    Nemeka Sierra Jackson, 26, Cypress Lake Road — no proof of insurance/motor vehicle, driving without a valid license, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana.

Incidents
    CLAIRE’S BOUTIQUE — A juvenile offender was apprehended for stealing a pair of bracelets.
    WALMART — A woman called police in reference to obscenities painted on the windows and rear windshield of her vehicle.
    MATTIE LIVELY SCHOOL — A criminal trespass was reported when a damaged window was discovered at the school. No items were reported missing.
    COLLEGE BOULEVARD — A man reported his bicycle was stolen from the garage.
    ZAXBY’S — A wallet and all of its contents were taken when a man left it inside the restaurant when walking outside.

Arrests
    Dominique Larinda Brannen, 26, Kent Street — theft by conversion.
    Sarah Ashley Bridges, 18, Brittney Lane — battery.
    Dave Claude Cannon, 38, Cobbleton Drive, Rincon — theft of services, damaging or tampering with property of a public servicer.
    Lawanda Michelle Johnson, 25, Frink Road — theft by taking.
    Tanner Jake Wilkie, 18, Windsor Road — battery.
    Sandra Thornton Wright, 54, Edgar Lane Road, Millen — theft by deception.

Incidents
    FOX DEN COURT (Ellabell) — A woman reported two headlight bulbs were stolen from a lawn mower parked in her shelter, behind a locked gate.
    PARKVIEW APARTMENTS — A laptop computer, digital camera and two cellphones were reported stolen from a residence.

Arrests
    Officers issued 12 traffic citations Wednesday.
    Carter Roy Nicely, 20, Statesboro — failure to maintain lane, unregistered vehicle, possession of marijuana, possession of amphetamines.

Incidents
    Officers issued four traffic warnings and assisted one motorist Wednesday.
