INCIDENTS
Bulloch County Sheriff's Office
RESERVE LANE - A man reported that two loans that he did not authorize or receive were taken out in his name.
DEALWOOD DRIVE - A woman reported the theft of a four-wheeler, a high-pressure hose and other items. The known offender was seen leaving on the four-wheeler, going into the woods.
HIGHWAY 119 NORTH - A man said that a jewelry box filled with jewelry was stolen during a burglary of his home.
Statesboro Police Department
HOBBY LOBBY - A juvenile was arrested for shoplifting about $68 worth of items.
JOHNSON STREET - A man, intoxicated, kept calling 911 and was found standing in the street, shining a flashlight at passing cars. He was arrested.
WAL-MART SUPERCENTER - A man was apprehended at the Murphy USA gas station after shoplifting $120 worth of gaming items.
In a second incident, a man shoplifted $90 worth of toddler clothes and a blender and was arrested.
In a third incident, a man stuffed $50 worth of LED bulbs into his pockets and tried to leave without paying. He, too, was arrested.
Georgia State Patrol Post 45
Between Friday and Sunday, troopers investigated 25 crashes with one fatality and 12 reported injuries. Troopers also issued five citations and two warnings for seatbelt violations, 20 citations and 30 warnings for speeding, and one warning for child restraint violations.
Georgia Southern University Police
Officers issued 11 traffic citations and no traffic warnings and assisted four motorists.
