A Portal man was taken to jail Tuesday afternoon, charged in a crash between his motorcycle and a passenger car. Georgia State Patrol Post 45 Trooper Kane Smith said Jacob Harville, 25, Anderson Parrish Road, Portal, is charged with DUI, suspended license, and no motorcycle license. Around 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, Harville was stopped at the intersection of Lovett Road and Northside Drive East, riding a 2001Kawasaki motorcycle.
