During a drug investigation last week, Statesboro police arrested seven on marijuana and gun charges after having to use a Taser to subdue a fleeing suspect. Statesboro police detectives and officers responded to drug complaints at a Campus Crossings apartment April 13 and Rodney Moye Jr., 26, of Phillip Street in Keyville, fled, said Statesboro Police Sgt. Jake Saxon. After a short chase, he was subdued by an officer using a Taser.
