Statesboro-Bulloch County Crime Suppression Team investigators arrested a man Saturday for possession of a gun, marijuana and the drug known by the street name "Molly," according to a news release. Courtney Gaines, 24, of Lanier Drive, wascharged with marijuana possession, possession of MDPV and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. Investigators were "working a concentrated patrol" around Georgia Southern University Saturday and "observed several males acting suspiciously at an apartment complex next to the Fast and Easy on Lanier Drive," Bulloch County Sheriff Lynn Anderson said in a news release issued Wednesday.
