A traffic stop led to the arrest of two men, one of whom is wanted in a Long County kidnapping, according to a release from the Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office.At around 4:15 p.m. Friday afternoon, Senior Deputy Jeff White stopped a 2006 Chevrolet Impala on U.S. 301 South near Old King Road for a traffic violation.The driver of the vehicle, Troy Tigner, 27, of Church Street in Glennville, was arrested for driving without a valid license. Deputy Mac Edwards, who recently joined the Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office, recognized Tigner’s name, presumably by radio traffic, and stopped to aid White with the arrestA passenger in the auto was questioned and Edwards also recognized him after the suspect had given a false name to deputies. Edwards was also aware that the man, Rashaad Doe, 26, of Mincey Loop in Glennville, was wanted by the Long County Sheriff’s Office for a kidnapping that had occurred in that jurisdiction.Both men were arrested and transported to the Bulloch County Jail.
