Statesboro police arrested a man Thursday evening charged in an aggravated assault incident which left another man in critical condition.Cpl. Justin Samples, spokesman for the Statesboro Police Department, could not confirm reports late Thursday night that Michael Gatto, 18, address unavailable, had died. He did confirm, however, that Grant James Spencer, 20, was taken into custody on charges of aggravated assault in connection to the attack that resulted in Gatto being transported to a Savannah hospital. Gatto was found at Rude Rudy's, unresponsive, just after midnight Thursday, he said.
