              Jackie C. Hagin, age 83, passed away on Tuesday evening, Dec 10th, 2024, at Memorial Hospital in Savannah. She was born in Metter, Ga., to Robert Lee Clifton and Leona Johns Clifton.

               While attending Southeast Bulloch High School, she met and married the love of her life, Winston Hagin, who she was happily married to for 64 years.

               During Jackie's lifetime, she was employed with numerous manufacturing plants in Statesboro, J P Stevens, Cooper-Wiss and Briggs & Stratton, among others.

               Jackie found her passion and shared her love of flowers through the many arrangements she made for weddings in the surrounding area.

               She was preceded in death by her parents and seven siblings.

               Jackie is survived by her husband, Winston Hagin; daughter, Virginia Hendley; son, Ken Hagin (Debbie); and daughter, Shannon Hardy (Brent); along with seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and another on the way. She is also survived by a brother, Carroll Clifton; and sister, Linda Keller.

               Visitation was held on Sunday, Dec. 15th, at Joiner-Anderson Funeral Home in Statesboro from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m., followed by a celebration of her life in the chapel with the Rev. Janet Odegaard officiating.

               Memorial contributions can be made in her honor to New Hope Global Methodist Church, 9559 Georgia Highway 24, Statesboro, GA 30461, where she was a member; or to the American Cancer Society at https://www.cancer.org/donate.html, in honor of her surviving cancer twice.
